  Horrible, Will not recommend. The moment we were escorted to our table, our party coordinator apologized for having to seat the kids at a separate table from the adults in our group. She said this was due to me making my reservation the day before. I'm also not a fan of paying the $50 non-refundable deposit. It was so loud in there you couldn't hear yourself think. Nothing happened for the first 45 minutes we were seated waiting for the pizza to arrive. The coordinator had to ask me if I ordered a cake which should have been known to her from my online order. I was asked several times what I wanted as far as the food and drinks were concerned. When I ordered the package online, it should have eliminated the need to answer a bunch of questions as the staff tried to upsell additional items. It was quite evident this place was overbooked to the point you had to wait in line to play games and redeem your tickets. Highly dissatisfied!
